Privacy Policy

This policy describes the Maetree website and enquiries made through the contact form, by email or by telephone.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and project requirements. Please avoid sending passwords or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

The contact form asks for your name, email and message. Phone and company are optional. It also records a submission reference and time, your acknowledgement of this policy, and notification status. We save the enquiry privately before confirming receipt, and send a notification to the person handling Maetree enquiries. There is no automatic email reply to the visitor.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your project and manage follow-up. Submitted enquiries are also recorded in Maetree’s private Twenty CRM workspace, including the details you provide, submission time, reference and Submitted status. Access is restricted to authorized workspace users and the website’s enquiry integration.

Website hosting and analytics

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form submissions. Cloudflare D1 stores the saved enquiries, Twenty CRM supports enquiry follow-up, and AgentMail handles internal email notifications. Access to saved enquiries is restricted to authorized maintainers and workspace users. Interrupted CRM delivery or email notification remains recorded for retry or review; a form receipt confirms that the enquiry was saved. AgentMail processes notification information under its privacy policy.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated submissions. Turnstile and the hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser signals, requested URLs and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. The form’s rate limit stores a keyed hash of the network address in a short-lived counter rather than the address itself. These counters are removed after expiry.

The website does not include advertising tags, session recordings or visitor analytics scripts. The form keeps its temporary submission reference in page memory and does not write enquiry details to browser storage. Cloudflare processes information under its privacy policy.

Email and telephone links open your chosen application. Those providers process your communication under their own terms. External links take you to websites with their own privacy policies.

Retention and your requests

Contact us to ask about information associated with your enquiry, request a correction or request deletion. We review requests in light of any ongoing service or recordkeeping obligations.
